The exhibition presented the works from Laznia’s collection, created from the very beginning of the institution. Besides works belonging to Laznia, the exhibition showed works from other local collections. The topic of the exhibition was the role the collection played in the building of the identity and the image of the institution. Its aim was to draw attention to the process of the forming of the artistic traditions which found their translation in collections. The project was supposed to indicate both the dissimilarities of the traditions and the potential connections between them.
