An exhibition providing insight into what aroused the most controversy in the 1990s: into the art exploring the reality in its most real – corporal - dimension, into what is commonly unaccepted and is seen as obscene and inappropriate. Probing the body as the field of normative projections, Kozyra revealed how much our experience of the body is possessed by the world of cultural creations, how much we turn away from the otherness existing in ourselves. The presentation consisted of works from the years 1993–1999, beginning with The Animal Pyramid – the most vividly discussed Polish debut of the 1990s – and ending with the premiere showing of the video installation Chair.
