The meeting with Józef Robakowski will concern recollections and references to historical events, which have shaped the world of contemporary art, ways of thinking about experimental cinema, but also about Polish artistic landscape not only from photography, video or film perspective. This witness of our century, an éminence grise, eternal hobbledehoy and respected professor, manipulator not only in the field of art, but also in artistic life, enemy of platitude and friend of different masks, who until now has been creating new generations of apprentices and supported many artists, has decided to share with us some of his memories connected with his artistic work – they form a priceless source of knowledge for each art historian, not only because it is a direct account, but also because it is also an account of an art historian.
