A retrospective exhibition of Witoslaw Czerwonka – a professor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and a tutor of a generation of young artists that express themselves with a use of new media. It presents to Russian public video works from the artist's broad output, which revolve around issues of defining and redefining the space and of an attempt to create a description of changes of the identity by visual means.
Embedded in a minimalist aesthetic, having a strong conceptual origins, they are also full of personal, visual poetics. A viewer sensitive to the charms of pictorial surface of a film work will not remain indifferent to them.
