The monograph exhibition prepared by ifa – the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations as a compilation selected by the artist himself. Within this framework, 27 examples of thematically and technologically varied works were presented. The works may be discussed retrospectively, as a set which reflected the earlier creative periods of Richter: from the photo-painting from the 1960s to the abstract painting from the 1980s and the 1990s.
