The awards in 3rd IN OUT Festival are founded by the Marshal of Pomeranian Voivodeship, Jan Kozłowski.
The Jury of the 3rd IN OUT Festival includes: Witoslaw Czerwonka (Academy of Fine Arts, Gdansk), Marco Mancuso (DIGICULT.IT) and Jason Waite (independent curator).

Jan Kozłowski, the Marshal of Pomorskie Voivodeship is the Honorary patron of the project.
The project is supported by Ministry of Culture and National Heritage within the framework of Cultural education and popularization programme.
