The aim of the exhibition was to reveal the relation between art and reality, to show what the artists do to make their living; what is their relation to the work which is not destined for an exhibition yet earns money. Do they set boundaries between their art and paid work? How do they relieve the tensions resulting from the necessity of adjusting their art to real conditions? The project consisted of two parts. The first one, the exhibition, presented the unofficial artistic output and its documentation. The second one, the publication, included, among other things, the statements of artists, art promoters and theorists.
