The aim of the presentation was to confront the various artistic attitudes, based on the reflection upon the relations and the community between the human and the animal world. The sources of the various artistic comments were compassion, religious and ethical beliefs, anxiety stirred by the madness of the development of civilisation and the criticism which gave the foundation to the ironic commentary on the commonly accepted human attitudes towards animals.
