Adam Witkowski earned a degree in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, where in 2011 he was awarded the title of Doctor of Fine Arts. He works with sound art, drawing, radio projects, and installations. He also plays in the musical groups Gówno, Samorządowcy, and Nagrobki. Inside the gallery space of the Łaźnia CCA, he will construct an organ built out of flutes hanging on a tree

The installation is being prepared as a feature of the Soundplay project, which is part of the Art & Science Meeting project. Soundplay consists of a series of workshops, concerts and lectures on experimental music that will be hosted by various artists and theorists. The curator of Soundplay is the musician and performer Krzysztof “Arszyn” Topolski. The workshops are being held as part of the Art & Science Meeting project.
