LAZNIA 1 2010 - ACTION-CREATION. LIVE DESIGN

The action will involve young architect studios and design teams from Tricity. They are challenged to create a project on the spot, working at stalls which are open to the public. During ten hours, the audience will have an opportunity to follow the architects’ project emerging from scratch: beginning with discussion and first sketches, through model making and visual presentation. Next, after the designing part will have been accomplished, the studios will be given 10 to15 minutes to give a presentation before the public. The viewers will then vote to choose the winner of the competition.
The project is organized by the Museum of Architecture in Wrocław, the web portal www.sztuka-architektury.pl [“the art of architecture”], Biuro Happold. The project co-organised by SARP Oddział Gdańsk.
