He is a central point in the experimental music scene in the USA, in New York City in particular, not only for his own music, but his work as a curator. He has a large body of work, much of it made in collaboration with other artists. It involves various types of synthesis, extreme modular manipulation, rewired instruments, improvisation and live re-sampling. He is the curator of the renowned and influential No Fun Fest in New York, and he also founded the label No Fun Productions and Not No Fun.
