Minna Suoniemi: A GOOD DAY TODAY. Contemporary Finnish video art.

Two-day presentation of Finnish video art prepared and preceded by a lecture by Minne Suoniemi- video artist, lecturer, curator and resident of the Ujazdowski Castle and grant holder of the Frame Finnish Fund for Art Exchange.

Programme includes video realisation from the past few years, selected by Suoniemi, entitled: A GOOD DAY TODAY, and a programme prepared by Irmeli Kokko, entitled: Punched Tapes. Portraits of Finnish Video Art, dating back to the predecessors of this            trend in Finland in the ‘60s up to modern works.

Programme made in cooperation with: Frame Finnish Fund for Art Exchange, KinoLab CSW Ujazdowski Castle, VAE9 International Video and Media Art Festival in Lima, Peru.
