Xedh is the artistic moniker of Miguel A. García from the Basque Country. His works continuously explore new formal possibilities of creating the landscapes of sound, basing on chosen elements of musique concrète and contemporary electronic music. “The music distilled by Xedh is a music of immersion, inscribed in a broad and evocative current that makes textures and their alternations an excellent narrative element. Spatial music in which silence envelops perverse rhythms and opens gaps through which oppressive atmospheres slip in – pulsating music, inviting us to an inner journey, full of images and colours, and of a strangely pictorial quality.”
Miguel A. García performed in Spain, USA, Australia, Germany and Canada, and took part in festivals Sonic Circuits in Washington and MEM in Bilbao.
