ANRS (Requiem Records) is a collaborative project by Antonina Nowacka known for her participation in WIDT project as well as guest appearances in kIRk, and by Robert Skrzyński of Micromelancolié. If there was no information about the artists printed on the album, you would probably think that these are reconstructed recordings from reel-to-reel tape recorders found on the bottom of the Baltic Sea. The compositions start with no warning and cut short as suddenly. This analogue, hypnotic electronica has a melancholic cut-up lo-fi to it whereas vocals are inspired by early music, ancient and religious songs and opera. These are the three components of this unusual radio drama.
